Each Butcher in a Box is filled with six to eight substantial & flavorful cuts of meat sourced from Tasmania, the region of the world with the cleanest air. While cuts of meat are universal - it’s where the cattle are raised that evolve the natural flavoring of the cut. Elements of nature from the region the cattle are raised - the terroir, the air, the grass, the minerals, and more - make the difference. This is what makes Butcher in a Box different than other meat experiences.
