Meet Butcher in a Box
The Butcher in a Box Subscription is a premium culinary experience delivered safely to your door every other month. Curated by Chef Sam Marvin of Echo & Rig, each box of 2022 features the best beef in the world, sourced from our farming partners in Tasmania. "Tassi cuts", as beef from this global region are affectionately called, is grass-fed, grass-finished with rare taste and flavor due to Tasmania being home to the "cleanest air in the world."
Subscribers can expect 5 - 8 cuts per box (ranging between 8 ounces - 32 ounces per cut or up to 5 lbs.). Each cut is individually cryovaced and thoroughly frozen for safe delivery to your home.
