Each seasonal box features 5 - 8 of best-in-class cuts of steak from our ranch partners around the world along with curated recipes and special gifts.

Passport Culinary is a seasonal box experience. We offer a unique box each quarter - Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall. Each box is $225 + free shipping*

Seasonal Box Schedule:

Winter Box: Jan 1 - March 30

Spring Box: April 1 - June 30

Summer Box: July 1 - September 30

Autumn Box: October 1 - December 20

We changed our name from Butcher in a Box to Passport Culinary to better reflect our mission and the culinary experience we offer. The new name embodies our commitment to curating exceptional cuts from around the world and taking our subscribers on a global culinary journey.

Shipping Information

We ship every Tuesday. Expect 2-day delivery once you receive your shipping confirmation.

Yes! We ship to all 50 states and offer free shipping for residents in Nevada, California and Arizona.

Subscription members will receive a shipment email notification when their box is shipped.

Yes, we offer free shipping for recipients living inAZ, CA and NV.

For shipping to all other states, shipping will be calculated during checkout using the FedEx shipping calculator.

No, your box will be delivered to your door and is packed with dry ice sheets. Additionally, each cut is frozen solid before packing.

We do urge you to bring your box in as soon as you can and place your box’s cuts in your refrigerator or freezer.

Not at this time. We ship 2-Day shipping and ship out on Tuesdays.

No, we do not currently deliver to PO boxes.

Yes, you may use a commercial or residential address for delivery. We do not currently deliver to PO boxes.

At Passport Culinary, we prioritize the safe and secure delivery of our frozen cuts to your doorstep. To maintain the frozen temperature during transit, we utilize a combination of insulated packaging and dry ice sheets. This ensures that the cuts remain frozen solid and arrive in optimal condition for you to enjoy.

Dry ice is solid carbon dioxide that has been frozen at extremely cold temperatures. It is commonly used for shipping perishable goods, including our frozen cuts. Dry ice sublimates, meaning it goes from a solid to a gas without passing through a liquid state. This process helps to maintain the temperature inside the package, keeping the cuts frozen throughout the shipping process.

While dry ice is safe to use in packaging, it is important to handle it with care. Always remember to use protective gloves or tongs when handling dry ice, as direct contact with the skin can cause frostbite. It is also important to keep dry ice out of the reach of children and pets.

Our packaging materials are carefully chosen for their insulation properties to ensure the safe delivery of your cuts. While the insulated liners and cardboard box can be recycled, please note that dry ice bags and any residual dry ice should not be recycled. It is best to dispose of them following the guidelines provided by your local waste management authority.
